Cold Hors D’oeuvres


• Polenta Crostini: With fresh tomatoes, basil, roasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil and Parmagiano Reggiano cheese



• Grilled and Chilled Prawns: Served with a duo of cocktail and Dijonaise sauces.



• Smoked Salmon: Served on homemade potato chips with crème fraische, topped with chive



• California Sushi rolls: served with wasabi, ginger and seasoned soy sauce. ”based on 2 pc. Per guest” Custom sushi available for an additional charge.



• Antipasto: Olives, Peppers, assorted Italian meats, assorted Cheeses, Artichokes, Roasted Vegetables, Served with sliced baguette.

• Goat Cheese Crostini: Crostini with a bacon and almond goat cheese topping



• Pretty Stuffed Spring Peas: Split snowpeas filled with tasty cream Cheese filling



• Cucumber Sandwiches: Cream cheese spread on rye bread topped with cucumber dill sprig and chive blossom.

Crepe Bar 

Stewart’s savory crepe filled with your choice of:


• Bacon, ham, sausage, egg, cheese. 

• Vegetables: Bell pepper, onion, spinach, tomato, mushroom, olive, avocado.

  In a béchamel sauce


 Stewart’s sweet delicious crepes filled with your choice of:


• Seasonal fruits: Strawberry, blueberry, raspberry filling

• Mascarpone cheese, topped with powdered sugar and a sweet cream sauce and or a caramel sauce




Stewarts Signature Crepes


• Stewarts deluxe home-style crepe: Eggs, Bacon , Ham, Sausage, cheddar cheese, Pico de Gallo served with fresh salsa

• Fiesta Crepe: Eggs, Chorizo, jalapeno Monterey jack cheese, avocado, Pico de Gallo, fresh salsa, and crema fresco.

• California Crepe: Eggs, avocado, tomato, spinach, cheddar or Monterey jack cheese, onions, sour cream, and salsa.

• Denver Crepe: Ham, eggs, cheddar, onion, and bell peppers with a béchamel sauce.

• Monterey Crepe: Ham, Monterey spicy Jack cheese, tomato, onion, mushrooms with a béchamel sauce'  

  






Stewart's Box Lunches


All Lunch boxes are beautifully garnished and include fork, knife, napkin, salt and pepper. Includes a half sandwich made dry with mayonnaise and mustard on the side served with your choice of:

• Wheat, white or fresh baked roll

• Choice of: Sliced Turkey, smoked ham, roast beef, tuna, chicken salad and vegetarian style *Cheese and cream cheese 20 cents extra.





Stewarts Wrap Boxed Lunches


Wraps are made on your choice of:

• Spinach, Sundried tomato, or Regular tortilla wraps with Cream cheese spread, Tomato, Lettuce *Cheese 20 cents extra

• Choice of: Sliced Turkey, Smoked ham, Roast beef, Tuna, Chicken salad and Vegetarian style.

  



Boxed Salads


• Greek- Romaine, tomatoes, feta, onions, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, pepper and Greek dressing



• Caesar-Romaine, Asiago cheese, homemade asiago croutons and Caesar dressing



• Classic-Field greens, romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and balsamic vinaigrette

  



All Boxed lunches include a side choice of minestrone soup, chicken noodle soup, broccoli chowder, potato chowder or garden salad. For dessert our homemade cake truffle.

• Filet of Sole Piccata: white wine lemon, butter and capers served with rice pilaf and mixed seasonal vegetables. 


• Ravioli: Shrimp, Ricotta and parmagiano cheeses and basil in tomato cream sauce.
